another attempt, this time html navigation

Try as I might, I just can't get this to work the way I'm told it is supposed to in a text editor. So, I thought I'd see if it works on blogger.

Maybe it works on blogger, but why not just with a browser reading html? Mystery to solve.

Nope. still a mystery all around. See, it is supposed be a way of navigating within a page using anchors. But so far, I must be missing something, or it doesn't work.

Update: And this comes form stackoverflow site: "in HTML5 the a element has no name attribute." Oh, now I find out. But there still must some way to connect links on a single web page.
